VA for Real Estate Wholesale Investment Business

Our Company My Property Options is a property wholesaling business based in Perth Western Australia. We are looking for a motivated and forward thinking VA to grow with us and help build our company with various tasks. The role is permanent part time, with a view to go full time later if desired. We want someone who can be with us over the long term.

The type of employee we are looking for is self-motivated and positive about small tasks helping to build a big picture. They will be an independent thinker, creative, and have great english communications skills.

The various tasks we are currently need assistance with include the following:

Marketing Material - We have a modern & professional style with our brand, and need a VA to be able to help create or improve the look & feel of our marketing brochures, and online property postings. Your role would be to help with the layout, style & use of pictures more than the content.

Wordpress - we have already 2 websites with webforms linked to Podio, a CRM software. We would like someone familiar with website building and design, who is willing to learn how to use and handle our webforms, plug ins & syncing to podio. We will like to build a few other landing pages Upgrade to see actual infoO - helping us improve organic views to our website

Social media - we have started a facebook account and may need help with posts, but more so with advertisements. Please tell me how you use facebook insights already and why some posts work better than others? We may look to build an instagram and linkedin community next.

Google Analytics - we currently use google adwords for online marketing. we would like someone who is familiar with adwords, and are interested to know how you've used it successfully in the past?
