Data scraping from UK Real Estate / Property Websites, Rightmove, Zoopla, Gumtree

I am looking for a VA with experience of data scraping from UK real estate/property websites, including Gumtree, Rightmove and Zoopla.
Experience of transferring the data into Excel/Google spreadsheets would be Upgrade to see actual info hours required as the VA will be expected to make telephone calls to Estate Agents to arrange viewings. Good level of spoken English is needed.
Experience using and updating Social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn etc)will be considered an advantage to assist with marketing activities.
This is initially a part-time position of 8 hours per week, leading on to more hours as the business grows.
