Looking for a Webmaster - Wordpress Wizard + SEO Expert

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must have the ability to migrate the websites from Joomla to Wordpress
• Must have the ability to maintain and manage the Wordpress websites.
• Must possess solid understanding of how search engines operate and rank websites.
• Will oversee SEO link building campaigns. Must have proven ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the ability to communicate complex ideas/issues.
• Must know how to build quality links and understand the various links available and how to obtain them.
• Actively participate in daily scrums and project planning meetings
• Assist the team in reproducing and debugging reported issues
• Attend meetings to clarify user stories and changes (Agile is an iterative and incremental process, and constant interaction within the team and with the product owner is therefore essential)
• Identify risks, mitigating them where possible, and prioritizing all tasks that could help deliver a shippable product at the end of every sprint

HIRING CRITERIA
• On-site, technical, and off-site SEO expertise
• Ability to create and develop SEO strategies
• Strong content marketing and communication skills
• Knowledge on Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and other relevant SEO Tools
• Social Media Marketing and social networking applications
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and must have the ability to manage multiple SEO projects
• Strong analytical thinker and strategist
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
• Knowledge in the Australian Financial Market
• Must be willing to work during AU time (6AM - 3PM Manila Time)


NICE TO HAVE
Experience working in a financial institution (ie. mortgages, loans etc)
Familiar with the Australian Financial Market
