Marketing Expert/Social Media/Driving traffic

I have just had to retire due to ill health. I have almost finished setting up 5 websites- 4 of these are ecommerce businesses and the other is a website agency business.
I need someone to work 40 hours a week driving FREE traffic and sales to the sites. As I am just starting out I cannot afford more than $2.00 an hour to start off with. I realise this is not much but I will pay you more according to how much profit the sites are making. The more the sites are making the more I will pay. I’ll also introduce bonuses for your work and effort.
I have a lot of software and information to help you-its easy to use but you’ll need a little time to get used to it.
2 of the urls for my sites are:

The other 2 sites will be for leather products and health supplements.
If you are interested:when you reply please tell me in detail how you would get visitors and buyers to these sites.
