Purpose of Role

Your role is to manage, adjust and implement to ensure all our digital accounts are up to date.

Experience Required:
Advanced Skillset in Xero.
Experience with Receipt Bank.
Assess, Analyse & Compare Quotes with Invoices Upgrade to see actual infolculate Landed Unit Costs

The highest and best use of our directors, Angelica’s & Scott’s, time is making sales and building out content – so we’re looking for someone who is excited to work on the day to day account keeping and management of our customer Upgrade to see actual info this role you will:

Update & Manage Xero Accounts: your responsibility will be to ensure all money that enters & leaves our banks accounts is match with the respective remittance or invoice.
Ensure all Invoice and receipts are kept up to date:
Analyse & Report Customer Account Receivables:
Collaborate with staff: you will be in constant collaboration with our other VA staff members and sales staff directly who'll require real time information - Re: Customer Accounts.
Collaborate with Account Customers: you’ll ensure all customer are receiving their invoice on-time.
Oversee Account Managers Account Keeping Actions: you’ll need to ensure that all customers are receiving the correct invoices on-time and and accurately.

You’ll know you’re successful in this area of your role when:
Our Average Account Receivable Range falls to 60 Days.
Account Customers have 100% satisfaction rating when we handle their accounts.
Account Keeping - All monies spent has a 100% reconciliation rate with corresponding documents.
