UK Property search and Admin VA

I am looking for a candidate to assist with the company's investment portfolio by conducting property research across nominated areas on popular websites like Rightmove and Zoopla.
Preferably looking for someone with prior experience and developed spreadsheet models to allow them to start adding value from day 1.
Social media expertise will be considered an advantage to assist with marketing activities.
Web Scraping, Advanced VBA and excel design skills will be advantageous for development of finance investment models in Excel.
