Qualified CPA Accountant

We are a professional Australian Accounting firm that provides Australian clients with bookkeeping, tax and accounting services.
We have a strong emphasis on work/life balance and giving our outsourced employees the opportunity to grow in their career. Due to client growth over the last 2 years we require an experienced Xero bookkeeper to take on a portfolio of clients. We currently have full time Filipino employees who have been with us for over 2 years so we are very familiar with the Filipino culture and work needs/requirements.

This is an ideal role for a passionate and energetic experienced xero bookkeeper with a minimum of 2 years experience using Xero for Australian clients.
This is a full time role and you will be required to work from 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

About the role
* Bank reconciliations on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for a portfolio of clients.
* Payroll on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis for a portfolio basis
* Prepare superannuation payment advice
* Prepare quarterly BAS returns
* Prepare monthly IAS returns
* Prepare of monthly and quarterly management reports
* Assist with Ad Hoc tasks as required

About you
* Excellent english communication skills both written and spoken
* Minimum 2 years experience using Xero accounting software
* Motivated to learn new skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills
* Must have a hunger to learn
* Must be dedicated team player
* Excellent knowledge of Australian Tax law in particular GST law
* Experience working with Australian clients
* Passionate about bookkeeping and accounting
* Must be able to work 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday Filipino time (Must only be looking at working one job)
