You are a self-motivated and responsible hard worker who learns fast, proactively resolves challenges and is extremely organized and efficient in follow through and project completion. You enjoy taking existing plans, systems and documents and organizing them into a cohesive and seamless process you can execute and maintain. You love creating procedures, documenting processes, gathering data, following up with your team to make sure everyone stays on track, and seeing projects to completion. Unfinished projects really annoy you and you do everything you can to complete them as planned and on time. Responsibilities:

Personalized customer support. You enjoy cutomizing templates for a personable response to each customer. You read the customer messages carefully and enjoy designing unique solutions for each customer to ensure you provide only exceptional customer support that wows our customers. You frequently receive appreciative responses from customers stating how impressed they are with your support. Finding solutions for each customer that are within company policies excites you and you enjoy making a customer’s day!
Using this personable approach to customer care, you respond to customer messages daily using Amazon Seller Central and Gmail.
You respond to customer feedback daily, and communicate to Amazon any feedback that needs to be reviewed by submitting a case
Order fulfillment using Amazon Seller Central
Checking and maintaining order information in other sales channels including Ebay, Walmart, Jet and others.
Maintaining supplier & vendor relationships - placing product orders, communicating order requirements with suppliers, keeping records of orders and timelines, requesting shipping quotes and arranging delivery with shipping agents, scheduling inspections and reviewing product inspection reports. Following up with suppliers regarding customer complaints and order quality, discussing product defects and designing solutions together with suppliers. Maintaining order production and shipping schedules and calendar
Updating product and sales report and tracking product metrics
Updating inventory reports
Daily monitoring of customer ratings and reviews and proactive resolution of negative reviews using templates and customized solutions for each situation, maintaining records of possible solutions for each customer problem to enable you to design solutions in the future independently
Maintaining customer email lists
Creating and maintaining advertising campaigns as needed
Daily social media accounts updates and posts
Other projects as needed

Position Hours:

40 hours per week as follows:

Monday through Friday:
7 hr/day as follows
10am - 1am EST
and 9pm - 1am EST

Sat + Sun:
2.5 hr/day flexible (prioritizing customer messages, feedback and reviews)
