Job Type: Part Time: Starting at 3 hours daily, 5 days a week
Position Title: Accounting Clerk
Required: USB Headset, Reliable High-Speed Internet hardwired to modem
Work Hours: 12PM to 3PM or 1PM to 4PM Philippines time.
Wage: $150 USD / $7,725 PHP Monthly paid Bi-Weekly

The Role & Responsibilities:
Prime Choice is currently looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to aide in the daily activities of our finance group. What we expect will begin as a few hours every day (Philippines day time work) will have the potential to grow into a full-time role. For now, we expect the role to require 2 to 3 hours daily.

If you have experience in accounting and are strong at reconciling daily transactions and accounts we would like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:
- Daily bank and revenue reconciliation for multiple bank accounts
- Downloading and formatting bank statements, and importing into ERP system
- Reconciling and troubleshooting issue transactions
- Providing superior daily summary of results including any transactions that require further review

Training required will be done in Eastern Standard Time 9AM to Upgrade to see actual infocation, Experience, and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years accounting experience, ideally having experience working in an ERP environment
- High level attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical, and capable of working with a high volume of information and comparative analysis.
- Advanced Excel abilities including v-lookups and pivot tables are considered a strong asset
- Clear and precise English communication skills
- Previous experience with NetSuite or Nolan ABR considered a strong asset
