Our team operates several ecommerce sites and are based in the Philippines. We're currently looking for long term VA's who are tired of jumping from one project to another. We offer the following benefits:
- training through videos and related articles
- flexible work hours (work during Philippine time zone -- 2pm to 11pm)
- 13th month bonus (prorated to time worked in the year)
- payment every 15th and 31st of the month through BDO account (no need to pay for FX fees)

VA's will be responsible for managing the ecommerce sites and operations.
You should be excited working with at least two of the following areas below:
1. Product research and listing:
- research and identify product collections that fit a certain cost and price criteria to list in the store
- engaging with suppliers to qualify them if they are a fit for our business and securing product images and video assets
- creating product and ad images for posting on social media and website
- listing the products in e-commerce portal and writing product title and descriptions for each product
- maintaining all product information in a google spreadsheet
- calculating pricing based on cost, shipment fees, and competitor pricing
2. Order Processing and Customer Service
- checking all orders in the ecommerce store
- placing orders to a supplier and securing tracking codes to update into the ecommerce system
- processing and
- customer service support for all
- troubleshooting customer refunds, irate customers, and other issues
3. Social Media Management
- creating fan pages and maintaining them with refreshed relevant content
- preparing a content plan and designing images and videos for posting on instagram, pinterest, youtube,
- responding and engaging with social media comments and posts
- hiding negative comments on the posts
4. Web Dev, Graphics and Video Editing
- turn simple images into modern viral content
- use static images to create video slideshow clips for use in social media
- add watermarks logos, text and royalty free music
- attention to detail, color theory, typeface, balance, harmony, layout and whitespace
- design professional web pages using themes

If you do not have all skills, it is fine. Training will be provided through videos and related article content -- you only need a fast internet speed (at at least 5mbps. 10Mbps is preferred), an inquisitive mind and willingness to invest in time for training at your own time.
There will be 3 phases to your onboarding which:
Phase 1: Full Day Training 7 days. You will be given training tasks and need to provide output to show your mastery in the skill. This will be your evaluation
You will be working as part of a team. The team operates virtually and should be comfortable working with the following collaboration and productivity apps:
Trello for task and project management
Skype
Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva for graphic design
Google Drive for file sharing
Timetracking Software
