JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small family run business with rapid growth looking for additional assistance for a full-time (40 hours per week) position in 3 areas:
1. Customer Service
• Review and respond to all written product and seller reviews (both positive and negative). We are a business built on exceptional customer experience. We are committed to a great experience for all customers. Without customers, our business will not Upgrade to see actual info your reply, please provide an example of a previous reply you've given to both a dissatisfied customer and a happy customer. If you have not replied to customers previously, please state that you don't any examples.
• Respond to customer email inquiries.
• Provide a daily/weekly/monthly summary of customer feedback by product, product line, brand, and seller.
2. Administrative Assistant
• Additional misc. administrative tasks as assigned.
• Any additional tasks will be fully documented and/or have training videos.
3. Bookkeeping (entry level tasks)
• Using Xero, classify transaction based on a provided system.
• No bookkeeping experience required, you just need to be able to follow a system and process.
Additional Information:
• To ensure the best success of our company we encourage open communication. For the first 2 months, daily recaps/summaries are to be Upgrade to see actual info your reply, please confirm that this arrangement is satisfactory.
• Work hours are flexible. The applicant is welcome to work a flexible work Upgrade to see actual info your reply, please make sure to include the hours which you anticipate working. As we are in the state of California in the United States, please be sure to state the hours in both Pacific Time zone (US) and your local time zone (including what time zone you are in).
• As the initial tasks are mastered, I'm open to training you on additional skills/tasks.
Pay:
This is a long-term (indefinite) full-time position. Pay periods will be weekly for the first 2 months and then will be changed to monthly. We will also provide 13th-month Upgrade to see actual info your reply, please provide an expected salary based on working 40 hours/week. We will negotiate salary. Salary will be set based on previous experience and current skill set.
Additional Benefits and Compensation:
Long-term employees (employed for 1 year or more) will be eligible for additional bonus compensation based on company profitability and other benefits (for example health insurance).
Additional Information:
• I am generally available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day in case you have questions or need clarifications on tasks.
• All tasks will be fully documented via SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure tasks can be completed satisfactorily. We are committed to your long-term success and there will be many opportunities to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities.
