We are looking to hire a full time (40 hours per week) all-rounder to do various jobs.
We are an established eCommerce business in Australia and has seen recent expansion to our growth and hence looking for a committed individual to join our team. This is long term job opportunity with 2 years minimum.
You would be responsible for following:
1. Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries via
- Answer phone calls (requires good internet speed and excellent verbal communication skills)
2. Social Medial Marketing
- Create and post regular updates on social media
- Engage with people on social media
- Run Giveaway promotions
3. Alibaba Sourcing
- Contact suppliers and request quotes
- Do market research to identity opportunities
4. Other VA task
