Web Developer - Web Assistant

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with the Saucal team to implement a variety of web based projects and deliverables
- Coding psd's into HTML and CSS
- Building themes for WordPress and customizing WordPress to meet business requirements
- Day-to-day work on maintaining and updating websites
- Take design concepts and strategizing the best format for development + integration
- Project manage with other developers and liase with client
- Assist in all other projects in a web development capacity


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Portfolio required
- Computer and social media savvy
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experienced working with HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and MySQL
- Knowledge of Wordpress development and management
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Forward thinker on web design and development
- Strong technical documentation skills: use cases, functional requirements, flow diagrams
- Understanding of responsive and mobile development
