Candidate will assist with telemarketing prospect calls to previous home owners (or their children if homeowners are deceased) whose real estate property (house or vacant land) has been foreclosed on due to delinquent taxes.

Many foreclosed homes have excess proceeds remaining after the tax sale and after taxing authorities have been paid in full. Our law firm is experienced at recovering the prior homeowner's (or heirs of the property) money from the government holding the funds through court litigation. This is a 2-3 month legal recovery court process. We seek to represent those who legally are the owners and have a right to requests the overage from the courts.
