JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a customer service representative who can work in graveyard ship to assist our customer support and also provide purchasing support for graveyard shift (between 10pm - 7am). You are required to work 8 hours a day for the weekdays.

You will have the opportunity to stay in our makati condominium with the rest of the staffs and work as a family from that office condo.

We are looking for a customer service representative who is able to handle incoming customer service inquiries on skype, live chat, and emails:

- follow up on inquiries over the phone on US hours;
- follow up on inquiries over e-mail;
- Difficult questions can be forwarded to manager for further review & follow-up.
- Take down customer inquiries and ask them to email us.
- check customer transactions and making sure they got the products
- know how shipping works in USA and other countries.

Virtual Assistant tasks -
While you are doing phone support, you are required to do some virtual assistant tasks like managing our ecommerce store and load it up with new products.

You may also require to do call up potential manufacturers and ingredients suppliers.

Requirements
- Able to work graveyard shift
- A fast and reliable connection to the Internet.
- Speak and write English fluently.
- Might need to turn on our skype and leave it on for incoming phone calls.
- may require to be flexible in the working timing and work during wee hours.

Workload & Payment
$400 USD per month, at least 160 hours worked.
