JOB OVERVIEW

Summary:

Our company is in need of a top-notch appointment setter to call recent signups and existing users for an essential walkthrough booking. All leads are provided.


Responsibilities:

*Make outbound calls to new sign ups
*Call clients (125+ dials/day) with computer app
*Persuade clients to schedule appointment
*Log calls in CRM
*Schedule appointments on Calendar
*Send follow-up emails when appropriate
*Basic Tech Support - Phone and Online Chat/Email
*Communication with teammates in US office and local office (TBD)
*Maintain internal and external documentation
*Basic Software Testing
*Additional tasks as needed and not limited to data entry, data checking, conducting research and generating reports

General requirements:

*Very strong English speaking ability, minimal accent preferred
*This role has very repetitive duties involving lots of clicking, scrolling, and changing windows. You are expected to call a list of ~100 clients and log each interaction/call in our CRM.
*Must be able to work during US Office hours, M-F and occasionally weekends
(7am-5pm PT) / (2pm-12am GMT) / (10pm-8am PHT)
*Dependability, minimal interruptions to work schedule
*Experience with customer service
*Must have the ability to:
-read and listen carefully, and take appropriate next action
report information accurately
-take feedback and implement changes rapidly
-think critically about tasks and recommend improvements
-build own tools and processes to increase efficiency
be resourceful and find your own answers


Other Requirements:

*IMPORTANT: Computer must be able to accommodate 10-30 Google Chrome open browser tabs (4+ GB of memory usage) constantly for maximum task efficiency
*Reliable and fast internet connection for VOIP calls and screen-sharing
*Environment free from distracting sounds
*Noise-cancelling headset and basic webcam
*Power and internet backup in case of power interruptions


Salary will be dependent on experience level
