Need A Full Time PHP Tech Guy on My Team

We are an online software company that needs a dedicated tech guy on board that can fix major issues we encounter on a daily basis with the function of the business.

We currently want someone to upload our newest update that's in PHP and also keep the key elements that is in the current version of the software.
We also need to fix minor bugs and issues within the software as well.
This will be a full time job, You will be our dedicated tech guy and when we need things done anywhere from new development to updating the code with new features etc.

You have to be well known with web software development, PHP scripts, Javascript, Layout designing with code, Remastering other invented code with tweaks we have in mind by turning it into code & creating the idea.
