Wordpress Virtual Assistant (including SEO, Social Media, Email marketing, Theme Install and Customization).

I recently retired, and am looking to start some websites to share my knowledge with the world. I am planning on starting a small home based business. I have great ideas, but implementation in WordPress is my problem.

To start, I anticipate needing assistance for about 10 hours per week. My budget is php 2500 per week, or php 10,000 per month

I am seeking a dependable WordPress virtual assistant (VA) to build out the sites and to mainain it after it is built. To start, I am looking to hire a good VA who has good Wordpress, SEO, Social Media Marketing, email marketing, and graphics skills (to create eye catching banners, headers, images for social media, etc).

You must know WordPress very well. This includes installing WordPress via cpanel, making installing a theme (usually this would be a paid theme from Studiopress or Elegant Themes (Like Divi), making the theme look like the demo, etc.

I am NOT looking for programming or development skills. We will not be building websites from scratch. Rather, to save time, money, and sanity, we will use paid themes from well know theme shops mentioned above (so that we can get support when we need it).

As much as possible we will use page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder, etc). These page builders come with nice templates, and as much as possible we will use templates as a starting point. You should be comfortable using page building tools, and building a template from an example site (copying a site that I might like, using a the page builder to do this. If you are not familiar with page builders like Elementor or Beaver Builder, that is okay so long as you can get good results fast in whatever way suits you.

I do not expect you (the VA) to know everything. But you must have a good foundation to build on, and willing to learn and experiment. For example, if we want to start a subscription membership site in Paypal, you should be able to learn how to do that -- even if you have not done this before.

I am also NOT looking for the VA to write content. I will writing all content.

Uploading a banner (ability to create attractive banners for Web pages and social media a plus)

Setting up Categories
Setting up Menus

Changing fonts
Customizing theme to achieve a certain look and feel (with page builder or any method familiar to you)
Integrating Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Plus, etc)
Adding video and audio
Setting up a newsletter and integrating with a mail service like Mailchimp
Set up a lead magnet for subscribers to download
Building a mailing list (important)

Setting up a membership plugin (if you have not done this, you should be willing to learn)
Integrating a payment gateway like Paypal (if you have not done this, you should be willing to learn)
Adding pages (like a blog page or a Contact Me Page or About Me Page)
Adding a portfolio gallery (important)
Using plugins (page builders) like Elementor, Beaver Builder and Thrive Content Builder to build a template
Adding/removing a plugin
Setting up a plugin
migrating a website from one host to another

You must be reliable, have a good foundation in WordPress and online marketing, and willing to learn new things when not in your experience.
