JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Swedish company soon to be located with an office in Cagayan de Oro City (CDO). The team consists of Filipino staff that are mainly located to that area, but we also have staff in Manila and other places on the Philippines. The below position, however, does not need to be manned by people in CDO.

We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently and with an American accent who will create voice overs for our tutorial videos as project based work.
We have not decided whether to use a male or a female voice, the most important is that the voice is a clear voice with a standard American accent. The accent and clarity is very important, our own staff speaks English too, but with Filipino or Swedish accent, so this is out of the question for these tutorial videos.

We will supply you with a manuscript in English and a max time per section to say it in English. The person we will select will use a audio recording program of their own, or possibly WavePad Audio Editor (free software) together with their microphone, and save each section as files to be delivered to us (unless you know how to do, we might supply you with a short tutorial video on how to do). The voice overs you will create, will be fully owned by the Upgrade to see actual info royalties will be paid.

Currently our manuscript contains 300 sections and a total of 7000 words. Most likely this will be doubled when we have transcribed all the recorded videos.

If you have good English skills and can give suggestions on how to say certain things in another way, we are of course open to that.

We are open to pay the salary on either an hourly basis, based on number of words or a fix price for the whole project. Please state how you want to be paid and your salary expectation. If the payment type is related to time we use TimeProof which is supplied here at Upgrade to see actual info . A Paypal account is a must, we pay the transfer fees. We need the delivery as soon as possible.
