Helping to manage the backend tasks for a cleaning company in Ontario, Canada. Duties will include:
- Posting ads
- Scheduling jobs
- Answering phones
- Managing social media accounts
- Handling cleaner logistics
- Handling customer complaints
- Writing blog posts
- Managing payroll
Position is full time, 40 hours a week with the potential for commission incentives and profits sharing as you grow with the company.
This position does have a 30 day probation period
Requirements:
- Desktop computer or laptop
- High speed internet
- Smart Phone
- Excellent english skills (verbal and written)
- Able to work under pressure (phone skills are a must)
- Good sales and communication skills
- Proficient in google drive
- Minimum of 5 years customer service / sales experience
- Willing to work hard and learn lots
- Looking to grow long term within the company
- Self motivated and willing to go above and beyond
