Our team of 6 young entrepreneurs and freelancers is looking to expand! We create and manage several eCommerce stores and are looking to add 2 professional Customer Service Representatives to our team who will be in charge of providing great customer service.
We are in need of someone who is willing to grow with us under the following conditions:
• Work full-time 40hrs/week
• $2.5 USD/hr
• 6 hrs daily 7 days a week or 8 hours daily 5 days a week
These are some of the tasks but are not limited to the following:
• Provide an outstanding
• Ability to use Customer Service Tools like Zendesk and Thunderbird
• Add product reviews
• Monitor and reply to social media
• Ability to manage order issues via Aliexpress, Shopify, and Oberlo
Skills Needed:
• Outstanding English communication skills
• Have a background in customer service
• Willingness to learn new skills and improve

• Fast learner
