Social Media Expert + Graphic Designer + Clickfunnels + Email Marketing Position

I see on Amazon and Shopify -

My Goal;
- increase my reviews on amazon
- increased traffic and sales to my website

This will be done by
- creative social media ( i want someone who considers them an expert). They should be able to represent the brand, the target market is for young women/ teenagers who like pink and kawaii stuff
- clickfunnels - I have good products but not enough reviews and sales
-Email Marketing - I have 1000s of emails but not sure how to use them best to get sales
