JOB OVERVIEW

The Support Task Administrator is responsible for customer retention through their main action of advocating as the voice of the customer for all existing residents, property owners, and condominium trustees. The Support Task Administrator is the first response to all inquiries- if they don't know the answer, they will find it.

The perfect candidate will need to demonstrate these qualities/skills:
1. Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and serious about organization growth. You probably have done event planning, or bookkeeping because your good at logistics and details, and you like to write lists and work from a checklist at all times.
2. Enjoys working on a team (debate team experience) most of the time, and alone some of the time. We ask that you are able to work on a camera via skype during the whole work shift; we have found this allows for us to be available when you may have any questions etc., and for everyone to feel like we are all working as a team and involved here in the office even though you are not able to physically be here.
3. Is "tech savvy" and understands Microsoft software, Google Drive, email, online phone software, etc.
4. Is Dependable ( We are talking VERY dependable)
5. Does not take things personally, have feelings hurt easily or get offended. Stays objective and likes to always use logic to make decisions. Property Management can be a tough industry and there may be some instance where we cannot make the customer happy 100% of the time, a strong individual who is able to remain calm, and relaxed and keep moving forward is best for this position.
6. Is cool and relaxed but always pushing to get things Upgrade to see actual info's important that you like to take responsibility and your main focus is always delivering results, by meeting some set deadlines on certain assigned tasks.
7. Have a positive outlook on life with a drive to succeed and grow. As previously stated we all work on a team maybe not in the same position but we all know what our primary objective is to strive, grow, and build a successful organization!

The main components of the work would be:
1) Answering emails, talking to customers via phone, detailed note taking, organization, enforcing legal documents through written and oral communication
2) We have a pretty regimented system, and we like to conduct business successfully the same way every day.
3) This job requires working from various checklists most of the time, to make sure everything on the list is completed.
4) Enjoys detailed research, the type of research that is tedious and calls for attention to detail.
5) Able to be placed where most needed for personality and experience

If you're the type of person who loves organizing things, operating efficiently and using checklists, and basically becoming better and better at running through a pre-planned system, then this might be perfect for you!

We really are looking for someone who is incredibly organized in their work life and personal life, and who really doesn't like being disorganized or messy. Since there are significant investments involved, it's important to us to find someone who is INCREDIBLY meticulous about organization.

This individual will need to be available to work Monday through Friday 1pm-5pm U.S Time.
