Sales/Lead Generation Specialist, & Cold Calling

Do people know you as a closer and top performer? Are you familiar with Facebook marketing? Are you known for being able to figure things out with little direction? If so, you may be the right person for this job!

If you are a high-energy, self-directed professional with small business experience, technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts, I want you to join my company as a part time Director of Sales. You will work as a business-to-business lead generator selling our Facebook marketing/lead generation services to a list of prospects given to you. You will also be expected to find prospects on your own and contact them.

I’ll provide a script and basic training, but am open to your suggestions on how to improve the script and sales process. I’d like you to fully lead the sales process within the company.

Hours are flexible and can range from 8am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday. I am looking for a results-driven, motivated sales person who is comfortable making outbound calls and selling marketing/lead generation services to potential customers.

Responsibilities Include:
* Lead generation
* Make outbound cold calls selling Facebook marketing services and/or scheduling appointments
* Creating an organized sales process & documenting it
* Use our scripts to call on prospective customers
* Research new lead opportunities
* Submit a daily report with call and research information to keep our database current

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years sales and/or lead generation experience
* High level of professionalism & people skills
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Must be responsible, accountable, and possess a strong work ethic
* Effective time management
* Strong organizational skills & problem-solving skills
* Strong computer skills – comfortable with Microsoft Word & Excel
* High speed internet connection

Compensation
First month of pay will be $350. You'll receive a commission for each sale too. If you can demonstrate that you are adding exceptional value to the team, your pay will be increased! I want you to help grow the business so I can pay you more. :)
