We have a position available for a full time virtual assistant to assist a busy social media agency.
Amongst the tasks required are:
- Internet Research
- Lead Gen
- Booking meetings / calendar management
- Customer Service / Account Management
- Invoicing and Admin
- Analytics

We are after someone who is proactive, creative, with EXCELLENT communication skills in English. Someone who has managed or has considerable experience with social media content. We also would like the candidate to be self-sufficient, super-organised and able to manage deadlines and people. Excellent copywriting skills would be a bonus.
We expect the candidate to be familiar with the following programmes (or having used alternatives to them):
Google Docs
Trello (or other project management tool)
Slack (or other communication tool)
Canva (or other Design tool)
Buffer (or other Social Media Management tool)
