***Job Background Info***
We are running 2 businesses. One of the businesses is a divorce preparation service and the other one is an internet marketing company. This position is to support the divorce preparation service. If the work load is low on the divorce preparation business a task may be assigned from the internet marketing agency however the perfect candidate will be primarily responsible for fulfilling daily duties with the divorce preparation service.
***Company Info***
I have been preparing divorce documents for Florida residents (United States) for more than 10 years. I have worked mostly by myself but I am evolving and need someone to help me handle my clients files.
*Our Process*
1 - New lead either calls a 800 number, sends an email requesting information through our website or a Facebook message through our business FB page.
2 - The lead is contacted and then sends an email with more information and a link to our client intake form
3 - Sometimes leads do not talk to us and they just complete our online client intake form.
4 - Once they provide their information we send them an invoice to their email.
5 - Once they pay it we prepare the documents and email them to the client.
6 - The client will print and sign the documents and email them back to us.
7 - We will then prepare the documents and e-file them.
8 -Then we email the client the case number and mail the final judgement to the judge.
9 - The client receives the final judgement in the mail and we contact them to ask a review for our Facebook page or Google business page.
10 - We then enter their info in a contact spreadsheet to send holiday and birthday emails.
11 - Send emails to contact list on their birthdays and holidays.
12 - Organize Google Docs client files by moving closed cases to another folder

***Duties***
Because our work is very delicate and attention to detail and accuracy is extremely important we have setup the training and tasks expected to work in tiers. With the more tasks you can fulfill you will receive a raise to compensate you.

Industry: Legal services (no knowledge is required)
System Requirements: Nuance Power PDF (you can download the software and get a code on dhgate for about $2 USD, they do give you a trial period of 14 days before you need to get the code).
Familiar with Excel, Google Docs and Google Drive.
