Shopify VA

Looking for a VA to handle day to day tasks for our Shopify store. If you think you have what it takes, please apply.

Primary tasks include:
- Answering the phone and catering to customer queries which also includes following up with customers and help with placing orders
- Answer emails, fulfill orders, chat
- Posting and managing classified ads on Craigslist
- Basic bookkeeping
- Other responsibilities down the road may include: product research, product upload, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Shopify Background
- Solid conversational American English
- Access to fast, reliable Internet
- Ability to work North American times from 9am - 5pm PST (12pm - 7 am Manila)
- Open minded to trying and learning new skills and tasks
- Must be comfortable working in a new industry
