Our consultancy firm is specialized in advising companies worldwide in their launch phase in the US. We have done business in the USA since 2004 and spearhead many services under different brands.

After 6 months, you will get paid holidays and the time will lapse for a 13th-month bonus from that date forward. We pay through Paypal weekly.

We have an opportunity for an opening for 32.5 hours per week sales/ customer service specialist to work from home. This is a multi-faceted role with the scope to gain massive experience. We have a state of the art communication platform from where you will interact with our international team and clients.

We have numerous marketing avenues to grow our business and enough credentials to develop strategic partnerships to bring additional lines of revenues.Our company is now in an exciting expansion phase.

We are looking for a dedicated enthusiastic entrepreneurial new team member who has an inner patience skill, a strong sense of initiative and a passion for sales and customer service.

Qualifications suited for that position:

- Having professional phone manners with no accent and top-notch writing skills are a pre-requisite.

- Bachelor degree (minimum)

- Experience in marketing, sales or customer service

- Must be at ease using online software and be proficient in word and excel

- Experience in digital marketing: (iie SEO, SEM,social media, content management, email marketing) is welcome

- Prior experience working from home is well suited. You have the self-discipline to do so and thrive in this type of environment. You also have a quiet space in your home with a fast internet connection allocated where you will be working from

Tasks you would perform:

- Handling incoming calls

- Calls clients and companies

- Online chat with potential prospects

- Manage content on our knowledge management platform

- Present our services to new potential clients

- Handling incoming calls and appointments

- Gather testimonials from past clients

- Monitor the happiness of our clients

- Repeat client management

- Manage CRM

- Manage emails

- Developing partnerships

- Manage service agreements

- Manage deal-making table if any

Step 2: Assessment
