Real Estate VA (Cold Calling)

We are a Real Estate Investing company looking for a telemarketer for the company, preferably with some Real Estate VA experience. Currently looking for someone who speaks perfect English ( No accent preferred) to make phone calls to potential home sellers and inquire on whether or not they are interested in selling their house. Also during these calls you will be taking notes.
If the home owner is interested, you would schedule a good time for me to call back or visit the property.
(Lists range from 500-2,000+ leads)
(type of lists will be explained)

**SCRIPTS,TRAINING, and ACCOUNTS WILL BE PROVIDED**
**CALLS WILL BE MADE THROUGH BETTER VOICE**
** Pay structure will be explained during interview**

**Requirements
- Ability to memorize and deliver pre-written call scripts.
- Ability to work independently without constant monitoring for results.
- Excellent English and communication Upgrade to see actual info must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps, and ability to quickly learn new systems
