Pareto Learning aims to provide the best, online training program for engineering professionals, machinists, and students online. We pride ourselves on developing our training in a way that shows how concepts are used in the workforce while teaching in a down to earth method that is very approachable.
Our company goal for the upcoming year is to continue to market our successful products and release two new courses in 2018. We are looking for someone wants to join our team in a long-term capacity while learning and growing their skills. Position Summary:
The Account Manager/ Admin Assistant role will be to lead execution of our sales and customer support processes to streamline our business while also supporting a variety of administrative in other areas of the business. This is essentially a Customer/Lead support role to handle all new direct/inbound sales. The ideal candidate must be someone who can take full ownership of the tasks, perform them routinely and continue to improve them over time.

A process-driven mindset – Our company is focused on creating and improving processes that drive everyone’s actions within the company. When things go wrong or mistakes are made, it is either because our process needs improvement, or that the process was not followed. We need someone to understand our methodology and be on board with helping us to continue to improve our systems in the company. Documentation and making good instructions on tasks are very important to us for making sure we build an efficiently running business.
Examples of tasks you will work on in Sales or Admin Support
*The number one thing you will do at first will be to train on how to handle our sales process while creating process documents that simplify and break down the tasks into simple steps. This will act as both trainings & creating a guide for doing the day-to-day work. This work may include:
• Managing and following up with important sales leads to nurture a sale
• Organizing and managing our CRM process to simplify our customer communication.
• Appointment setting for good leads with our owner.
• Creating and managing templates for
• Weekly lead
• Issuing invoices and quotations to customers
• Replying to specific customer questions or alerting our team of course questions.
• Creating reports of leads, questions, course development progress, quotes, and invoices
• Managing calendar for owner’s meetings – especially with sales.
• Course development admin tasks such as segmenting and uploading videos and eventually project management
• English transcription and subtitles.

Expected Hours
The work will initially start with approximately 20 hours a week for 3 months at the latest. However, as we grow and continue to develop new processes, this will lead to a full-time position as soon as possible.
