Superstar VA needed for Personal Brand in Digital Marketing space

Looking for a rockstar VA to help with general admin duties for my brand that sells e-courses to female Upgrade to see actual infoitially you will be doing basic admin: email mgmt, customer service, social media management, etc however I would ideally like you to work across all of the online platforms that I Upgrade to see actual info your application please answer the following:

1. Please advise of an estimated working week schedule, assuming you'll be working 20hrs per week. So if you start next Monday, pls send me your suggested working week hours from Mon-Fri converted to Sydney AEDT.

2. Do you have experience using Active Campaign, Lead Pages, Webinar Jam, SamCart, Optimise Press, WordPress. Please rank your level of skills for each of these on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being no experience and 10 being expert.

3. Please reply to this fake customer email below, letting me know how you would handle this situation. Obviously you don’t know what my policies are, so it isn’t about getting it right, I am more interested in your approach for this:
