Technical Support/Customer Support Representative - Dumaguete City- Training Provided

We are a Europe-based company from the IT sector looking for Technical Support Representatives. If terms like an IP address, hostname, bitrate or ping test sound familiar to you, you may be the one we are looking for.

We guarantee an extensive training of systems that we use to manage our Customers' accounts and Services. We are definitely looking for full-time workers eager to start a long-term cooperation due to the length of training required.

A job experience and education in IT (computers/mobile devices and Internet) is not required but it definitely needs to be within your area of interest.

We require a good level of reading comprehension and writing in English as you will be expected to provide Customer Support via email and LiveChat in this language. That is also the language used in our company within the office.

An ability to provide Customer Support by phone, also in English, will be an advantage, nevertheless, it is not required for this position.

Dumaguete City and Siquijor Island area.

Flexible work hours and days, preferably morning - evening. An ability to work in weekends will be an advantage.

We offer a base salary plus an extra commission from sales made when providing the Customer Support.
