Sellers and Buyers Lead Screening and Qualification knowing the difference

Lead Nurturing:


Track qualified leads and help with automated content delivery to increase engagement.

The number-crunching is more than important to get it right the first time. Assist with maintaining offer per property the following deal analyzer, rehab estimator, running comps,

Ensure all weekly reports are done by ORW Upgrade to see actual infomunicating reports and goals to managing partners.

1. Must be able to multitask and not lose track.

2. Talking with distressed sellers that want to sell their house.

3. Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get to agree on a price.

4. Must be able to follow companies' closing sequence.

5. Must be able to follow up with prospects.

6. Must be motivated to helping people and work hard...

7. Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

8. Building relationships with new buyers as needed...

Perform a variety of administrative tasks for us and such as screen incoming calls and emails, manage your calendars, run reports, knowing CRM, and assist you with QA of workflow.
