Our company is looking to hire right now a full time permanent, reliable and experienced virtual assistant for our business. We have been doing business online since 1999 and are currently growing our business and product line. Our products consist of musical courses and sample libraries
.
We are looking for an ideal dependable candidate who is an independent thinker, problem solver, pays attention to detail, quick learner and who is willing to take on a leadership role. Our ideal candidate also has the experience to meet our general and basic skills list below.
The hired candidate will be working from their home office, on their equipment, and will work in their own time zone 7AM to 5PM (40 hours a week). The hired candidate will be given paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. If hired, you must not have another part time or full time job. As your work dedication must be completely with our company

Basic Requirements:
• Three years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant which includes the fundamentals of customer service
• 1 year experience working on
• Able to operate efficiently during the hours 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. for your Time. One hour is allowed for lunch.
• Ability to speak and write in American English (fluently)
• High school degree
• Your own dependable computer and high-speed internet connection (at least 2.0 megabits download speed)
• Must be an expert or very familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Must be very good at working with different desktop software applications
• Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Must not have another part time or full time job.

Our business revolves around
1. Research for photos online for
2. Give report about yesterday's results like CPC, conversions, budget spent etc in simple Excel or visual format to me & clients.
3. Create custom audiences
4. Work with 3rd-party tools like Zapier, Freshbooks, Typeform etc
5. Invoice clients at scheduled times
6. Create and manage client's account in Project Management tools
7. Create appropriate tasks in Trello and follow up with them.
8. Handle followups using 3rd party tools.
9. Make changes to campaigns like adding new ads/ad sets, changing text in an ad, pausing an ad etc. Basically monitoring
P.S. For training (if required) , I need you to be available on the weekends for 1-2 hour.
