Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for an assistant to do about 5-10 hours of work every week (if things goes well, I have many more tasks I can give this VA and it can turn into a full-time position)

I need him/her to be able to:

-edit videos and upload to YouTube
-transcribe video into english
-create images with quotes I said from video on canva
-draft a blog post from the transcription of the video
-upload images and posts to social media
-create tags, keywords, cards and annotations in a youtube video/description box
