Social media assistant with great English writing skills wanted! Work for a fun and growing company!

SixEight Marketing is looking for a virtual assistant with Social Media Marketing knowledge to complete projects that are anticipated to require around 20 hours per week, moving to a full time contract if things go well

We specialize in marketing for restaurants and love food. If you have a great eye for detail in this space, it is a great opportunity to learn and up-skill further in marketing. This is based in the UK, therefore you will also learn more about the UK market.

You will be supported by a strong team of marketing professionals who will help you grow and develop additional skills. Ideally we want to have someone who will stay with the business long term.

Responsibilities include:
- Research for Instagram accounts and maintaining a database
- Emailing and maintaining relationships with influencers.
- Engaging with community on Instagram.
- Compile social reports from a variety of tools
- Community management, on Facebook and Instagram
- Coordinating calendars with relevant events.
- Scheduling posts and content management.
- Creating manuals of processes to be used for trainings

We also do Facebook advertising, blog posts and other marketing activities (though these aren’t the focus for now) and we would love to develop you in the areas you want to grow if you prove yourself.

You should have the following skills:
- Great communication skills via email and chat
- Experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
- Experience in basic editing of graphics is a huge plus
