JOB OVERVIEW

Searching for experienced appointment setter for warm leads that come from online inquiries.

Pay is $500/mo for 40-hour work week plus a $10/closing bonus (for sales that close from appointments you make).

We are a real estate business (licensed real estate agents/brokers in the US) who need an experienced caller to make initial calls and follow up calls with our online leads *to set appointments*. We have proven scripts and objection handlers to be used on calls. Goal of call is to *set a face-to-face appointment with agents*. Our agents have a 50+% closing rate when meeting with leads face-to-face. Your job is to set the face-to-face meeting.

Our current conversation rate is 5%. While we do not expect an initial conversion rate of 5% by new callers, after a period of time, a 5+% conversation rate will be the expectation (as we've been able to consistently do this ourselves).

There are three steps to being hired for this job: 1. Initial screening (what this job post is designed for) 2. Skype (or similar) interview where we will have a quick interview and read a sample script that we will provide 3. After we narrow applications to the top applicants, we will run a paid 10-hour trial period of the final candidates.

I've marked an initial project period of 1-3 months. I plan to run this job initially for 3 months, and if successful will renew calling period.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Purpose - To set Face-to-Face appointments with warm leads and our team agents who contact Dupuis Team via online sources.

Daily Responsibilities:

Practice Scripts for Sellers, Buyers and Objections
Organize lead calls at beginning of day, prioritizing high-quality leads first.
Call new Seller leads to set appointment
Call New Buyer leads to set appointment
Call Follow up Seller Leads to set appointment
Call Follow Up Buyer leads to set appointment
Record call info into CRM (we use CINC CRM): Call info includes follow up notifications (does this lead need follow up?) Notes from the call whether positive or negative. And place lead on Drip Campaign once lead has gone through the initial call/email/text program.
Follow up with emails and texts to leads using CRM
Enter appointments made into agent calendar: Include time of meeting, location and a 30 min alert for agent to drive to meeting location. Our team of agents is set up on Google Calendar.
