JOB OVERVIEW

This position is a web development role with CRM management and some support ticket work.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) EXPERIECE:

WordPress
All our site we build and manage are built upon Wordpress. You must have an exceptional understanding of how to build, edit and customize wordpress sites.

The solutions we normally provide to our clients revolve around pre built plugin. You should have experience using the following plugins.
• LearnDash
• Memberium
• EventEsspresso
• WooCommerce



A strong understanding of PHP will be necessary as often a level of customisation and integration with other apps or plugins will be required.

The majority of our sites are build upon Wordpress themes. You must be comfortable editing and using these themes. :
• Themeco.x
• BuddyBoss
• Optimize Press

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) EXPERIECE:

Infusionsoft:
Infusionsoft is the main CRM platform out clients will be using. You must be comfortable:
• Building custom campaigns
• Generating Reports
• Giving support to clients when required
• Any experience using the infusionsoft API would be a huge advantage

Active Campaign:
Active campaign is the secondary CRM platform we use, any experience using active campaign would be a plus.

SUPPORT
As well as the web development and CRM management, you will also be required to give support to our clients. Tickets will be submitted through an online portal and you will be required to reply in a timely fashion. Examples of the support queries include but are not limited to:
• Updating content on client websites
• Fixing and bugs on client websites
• Keeping wordpress and the plugins up to date
• Editing or updating an Infusionsoft campaign
• Assisting with an issue in Infusionsoft
• Generating reports (Infusionsoft and web analytics)

This role will initially be freelance basis (around 15 - 20 hours per week) however, if we find the right candidate we will want to employ them full time
