Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Call Setter, Social Media Manager, Marketing Assistant, Exec Assistant

We are looking for someone to help us with our lead generation. You will be making calls to a couple of our lists, following a short script, and transferring them to our sales team. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Researching prospects
Creating Client profiles
Calling leads and set up appointments
Sales demo
Lead generation
Social media and blog posting
Web development
SEO
Advertising
Setting up Sales funnel
Find properties
Analyze properties
Market segmentation
Find and building team
Research Companies
Market Research
Building team members
Real Estate Negotiation

We are looking with someone who speaks PERFECT English, so SUPPLY A VOICE SAMPLE recording. We will not entertain any candidates who don't supply a voice sample
You should also have high-speed internet access and past experience working with lead generation or customer service or real estate virtual assistant. Full training will be provided.
This is a long-term position working 40 hours + per week. We also might need to hire other agents in the case you have them within your organization.
