We are a USA Cultural Exchange Program Agency, which promotes some USA exchange programs (e.g. USA Work & Travel Program, Internship programs) to some university students/graduates from Asia.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant helping us with the following duties:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Update Internship job opening info. on our Company
2. Review Resumes & program applicants' info. & reply corresponding
3. Assisting scheduling online consultation with applicants for manager
4. Check program applicants' documents and enter them to our online databases
5. Do online research for the job positions from the USA Summer Program (e.g. transportation convenience in that location), select some "good" job positions, and write some FB posts to promote the job positions in Company
6. Update Job positions information into Company Website (Using Wordpress)
7. Creating Company monthly e-newsletter making (mailchimp)
8. Creating one monthly e-newsletter for one specific volunteer program
9. Do online research on potential partner companies from your home country and other countries, and reach them out by
10. Following up program applicants directly with document submission by Whatsapp or other ways
11. Organizing Accounting data
12. Replying
13. Researching photos online and make posts on Company Instagram account
14. Other sudden projects assigned by manger
Skills needed: english writing/reading, self-learning skills, , basic customer service skill, instagram, good online research ability,
Preferred but not necessary: Wordpress & Mailchimp, experience with
The first 2 months will be probation/trial period. If we think you are good enough for long term, then we will keep you for after.
