Business VA for long term work

I am currently growing my team and the first job I am looking for is someone to be at my side to take day to day tasks off my hands.

Overtime (Not Yet) I will be looking to add more people to the team so dependent on your skills will depend on overal tasks.

There a number of questions below and please just be honest, I am not expecting anybody to know all of the stuff, it will just give me a better understanding of your skillset, you as a person and if we are the right fit for each other.

Please answer all the questions below, if you are able to do a video recording to answer some of these that would work better but once again, not a must, just a way for you to stand out!

Firstly, tell me about you. Not work, what you like to do, family etc.

How many VA jobs have you had in the past?

Why do you feel this would be perfect for you?

I am looking for someone that can think on their feet and advise me of different ideas, is willing to learn and is not scared to ask questions.

On a scale of 1-10 where one is the lowest how organised would you say you are?

I have loads more questions but this should give you some kind of overview of what is involved.

This isn’t all about what you can do for me, I want you to know that I also always look after people that work for me.

I am a firm believer of what goes around comes around and I like to give people what they deserve when it comes to pay, bonuses etc.

I will also be teaching you new skills, putting you through courses etc.

All I ask is that you are always 100% honest with me, I’m not going to get upset if you don’t know how to do something, I am more than likely going to be a bit annoyed if you just keep thinking about it and don’t ask but on the other hand I do need someone that can think on their own two feet also.
