Real Estate VA/ Inside sales Agent

I'm looking for a Real Estate VA who will eventually become the sales manager for a team here in Houston.

You will be provided with incoming leads from people looking to buy and sell a home here in Houston. You will work with these clients, performing all the normal functions of a real estate agent.

Over time you will help build a team of VA's, agents, and you will transition into being the sales manager for my team...

For this position will need:
* Minimum 2 years experience, with 5+ closings
* Good sales experience
* Be organized, self-disciplined and highly motivated
* Speak English
* Plus - Spanish
