Outbound Real Estate Sales Lead Generator Master - Auto Dialing Expert You Say? Earn BIG Bucks!

Are you a phone animal with a natural gift in the art of persuasion? We are looking for a high energy candidate with a great work ethic, who isn’t afraid of the high demands of real estate sales. Must be comfortable spending most of their time on the phone.

Must be able to work one of the following FOUR schedule options:
1.Mon-Friday - 9AM-5PM US Central Standard Time
2.Mon-Friday - 10AM-6PM US Central Standard Time
3.Tue-Sat - 9AM-6PM US Central Standard Time

OR
4.Wed-Fri - 11AM - 7PM US Central Standard Time
Sat-Sun - 9AM-3PM US Central Standard Time

Responsibilities
• Have a minimum 6 months previous Real Estate Experience prospecting and lead generation for new listing appointments. Experience with dialer such as Mojo (Triple Line Dialer) or Vulcan 7. Mojo allows you to make up to 200 calls in one hour.
• Make a minimum of 500+ calls daily. Familiarity circle prospecting using tools as Landvoice a plus.
• Quickly respond to online seller leads, and follow up to convert and set home listing appointments.
• Call Expired Real Estate Listings, FSBOs for listings.
• Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.

Requirements:
• Great English to naturally deliver pre-written call scripts (or utilize scripts of your own).
• Ability to work independently without constant monitoring for results.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Upgrade to see actual info must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
• A minimum of 1 yr+ previous experience in similar Sales role. Strong time-management skills.
• Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps, and ability to quickly learn new systems.
