Full Stack Developer / Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for a senior web developer to lead in building a ruby on rails application that trades on the stock market. This is an exciting project that comes with many challenges, and also brings opportunities to play with some of the latest technologies.
You will be working in a very small team, and will be expected to lead and collaborate with management in building the application.

Requirements:
You must:
- Have 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Have strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and javascript
- Have knowledge of general linux system administration. Being able to use VIM and docker would be a big bonus.
- Have a fast internet connection. There may be times where pair programming and screen sharing are needed, so a fast connection is required.
- Be available full time, i.e. 40 hrs a week.
