JOB OVERVIEW

I am a busy real estate agent/ investor looking for admin & marketer- Will train

This will start out as a very part-time job- probably 10 hours a week. You can make your own schedule. There will be daily tasks, but you can usually do them whenever. This is a good side job, it may require more than 10 hours a week in the future, but it most likely will not turn into something full-time.
I’m a pretty cool boss as long as I’m seeing results. Treat my business like your own, and we’ll be all good.

Qualities I’m looking for:
Must be self-motivated- you need to be a self-starter and committed. I want to be able to train you on a task, hand you work, and trust you'll handle it.
I am always open to questions, so if you need help with something-- please ask me!
Need to be organized, dependable, and trustworthy with great communication skills
Must be tech-savvy, good with a computer (design skills are a bonus, design postcards, business cards, etc)
An interest/background in real estate is helpful
Willingness and eagerness to learn
Very good English with good grammar (written and spoken)

What you’ll be doing:
Managing social media accounts (facebook, twitter, hootsuite, craigslist, etc)
Posting ads on Upgrade to see actual info and facebook, following up with any responses
Entering contact information into CRM
Setting up websites, CRMs, auto email drip campaigns
Website SEO and updating
Responding and sending out emails
Evaluating apps and programs to streamline the business
Online research
Booking events/ appointments/ etc
Gathering mailing lists/ pulling info
Making calls and setting appts
Managing shared files via google docs
