JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US:

We are a rapidly growing (300% year over year) and experienced eCommerce company in search of talented team members looking for a long-term employment growth opportunity.

This is a a full-time home based 40 hour / week position with overtime available as well. We pay bi-monthly with transferwise (2x / month), already successfully work with 6 permanent virtual employees (for more than 3 years), and always consistently pay on time.

WHO WE'RE SEEKING:

We are looking for a detail-oriented team member who can manage our inventory planning + replenishment, and work closely with our logistics and purchasing team.

As an inventory planner, your responsibilities will include demand management and inventory forecasting to prevent stockout on nearly 150 SKUs across the globe, all while maximizing our cash flow. It’s important that this person is detailed, analytical, and can work very well with excel.?

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

* Communicative with regards to project progress (regular updates, asking questions, etc)
* Organized, detail oriented, and capable of multi-tasking
* Advanced understanding of excel formulas and functions + shortcuts
* Responsible for daily inventory control activities - monitoring inventory levels, placing reorders, reconciliation
* Develop reporting to support continuous improvement of supply chain
* Maintain SKU level inventory plans on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to prevent stockout
* Strong sense of accountability for each project and responsibility assigned with little oversight required
* Eagerness to learn new things on the job
