Lead Generation Manager- Business to Business- For ongoing real time projects

To Manage Small Team for Lead Generation Projects for Marketing Manager:
1. To take Marketing Managers Instructions for Marketing Lists Required and manage a small team comprising Programmer (For Web Scraping of Projects) Researcher, Data Mining Team in preparation and completion of each project.
2. Drafting SOP’S Specific Instructions for each Project from a Template Provided.
3. Ensure, Quality, Accuracy, and Speed to Completion is achieved every time.
4. At times you may be responsible for hiring, induction, training of new Candidates
5. Strong written & spoken English is a minimum as well as experience of managing people and performance.
