Looking for a full-time Operations Officer / project manager / leader for our growing company

We are looking for a full-time project manager for our growing company.

You will be responsible for getting projects done.

- You will be responsible for hiring the right people to get the project done
- Managing the entire project so it gets completed

Your ability to respond to these questions determines if you qualify for an interview

1. How can you make sure we are hiring the right people for our projects?

2. What will be your approach to managing the projects and making sure they get completed?

3. How do you see yourself in our company? What will your daily tasks look like? What will you be doing within our company?

4. Are you able to get projects done without asking me questions? What will you do if you get stuck?

5. What experience do you have as a leader or project manager?

6. Are you able to create systems in a business? SOPS? Spreadsheet for these systems? If not can you learn?
