A well-established company in Australia is looking for outsourced staff that can manage our social media, do bookkeeping, data entry and other administrative work on a full time and part time basis. The candidates will have an opportunity to grow with the business, be promoted and undertake continual professional development.
You will work alongside a very approachable manager who values staff and their growth.
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 1-2 yrs online work experience
• Solid background in bookkeeping would be preferable
• Must be fluent in English
• Proficiency in data entry,
• Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
• Experience or knowledge in Xero, MYOB and/or Quickbooks
• University degree/diploma/certificate preferably Bookkeeping or Accounting degree.
• Preferably from BAGUIO CITY
Your duties will include:
• Overseeing Social media
• Data entry & bookkeeping
• Basic financial reporting

Requirements:
A strong internet connection
Desktop/laptop with a CAMERA
English proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Tech Savvy
Willingness to learn with minimum supervision
