JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are a company that helps business owners develop their online personal brand, engage with the market place and bring in new business. We believe anyone with a dream can achieve it; you just need to know how to position your business and leverage your networking.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing business to support the company with critical, everyday tasks including, but not limited to, the following:


Blogging
As a skilled writer you will be able to:
o Create a series of unique blogs by repurposing webinars and books
o Track industry changes with LinkedIn and create timely blogs
o Identify keyword searches and recommend training videos to be made
o Write blog posts to match the training videos


SEO
o Review all existing posts and images and update to correct and full SEO
o Raise the profile and views of our videos on YouTube
o Ensure all new posts and images are correctly uploaded for maximum exposure

Social Media
o Manage the LinkedIn Company Page, Facebook Company page and Twitter account
o Identify timely content to share
o Schedule posts 30 days in advance
o Respond to questions, post in groups and make recommendations to increase exposure
o Suggest ways to increase the page following and engagement

Website
As a skilled web developer familiar with the Divi* theme, you will: (*Not essential)
o Maintain the company website and those of our clients
o Ensure websites are device friendly and make changes or recommendations where they aren’t
o Maintain and oversee the Siteground account
o Help develop the product ready for Clickbank (or equivalent)

Client Facing
o Respond to client queries and direct them to resources when needed
o Set up and be available during webinars
o Maintain, organise, create and schedule email campaigns with ActiveCampaign
o Lead campaigns on LinkedIn internally but also for clients

Administrative
Behind the scenes you will:
o Ensure our accounting system Xero is fully maintained and receipts are added to the system
o File and clear emails, highlighting any that need attention

The right person will:
• Have a proven background in developing and implementing social media campaigns
• Have excellent use of the English language and grammar
• Have an attention to detail to easily spot mistakes in grammar
• Be an excellent writer, able to pulling in quality ideas and content from a multitude of sources to make something original
• Be able to work on their own initiative with the confidence to make suggestions and lead their area within the business.
• Be confident to working in a virtual team, maintain their own work schedule and meet deadlines
• A strong commitment to their own learning and advancement in this field and keep abreast of new developments
• Be able to follow direction, create and follow internal processes to enable us to ensure absolute efficiency

You will work autonomously with daily support from the Director, who is always on hand, using Asana and Whatsapp. The right candidate is someone able to bring suggestions and knowledge on industry best practice, implement it and refine for top company performance.

You will have continuous access to the company director via Skype for any queries. Only during weekend and official holidays may this be limited. We aim to complete all our work within office hours. You do not necessarily need to keep UK hours as long as deadlines are met. We will honour all local holidays providing you let us know about them in advance.

You will be expected to work 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 10-6pm UK.

Hours are to be logged in Google Calendar along with overview of tasks. Clear reporting is important. Flexibility is available after a trial period. 2 weeks holiday per year, plus 2 weeks sick leave. Notice of absence should be made as soon as you are aware you can’t attend work.

NB This position has recently come available following working for two successful years with an assistant. Due to life changes we are unable to continue together. I am looking for someone who equally would like the opportunity to work 100% for just one employer and have their efforts rewarded.
